Meet Kristal Gayle

Kristal Gayle House is an extraordinary talent who has started a journey to impact the literary world. She uses her purposeful gift of transforming pages with words as a way to not only captivate each reader, but also evoke thought in the lives of anyone she encounters. The Dallas, Texas native is no stranger to perseverance, as she has built her life and career on overcoming obstacles. A tragic death followed by tons of self-doubt, only enabled her to find her true path. Now readers and fans are strengthened by her innate passions. Her latest project includes a blog called EpitoME, which will entail ways to overcome obstacles and arrive to a place of peace, and general inspiration for women. 

Kristal Gayle’s first book, Roses & Dames, received highly acclaimed reviews. The sequel, Roses & Dames II: When It All Falls Down, soon followed. Kristal enjoys fascinating her audiences with characters who are broken by circumstance, but propelled into greater by connecting with their inner strength. With a strong desire for helping women, a large part of Kristal House’s reason for becoming a published author was to show her daughters that they have no limitations. House’s life is a testament to always staying true to whatever dreams you have inside of you. She is currently working on a historical fiction piece that highlights women of color, and she has new motivational works in the making.

Kristal House attended the University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in English, and an emphasis in Creative Writing. Mrs. House is also a proud member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also an advocate for mental wellness in the African-American community, and an avid supporter of the ideology of Black Love. Kristal is honored to be the mother of adult children as she currently resides with her husband in the Los Angeles area.
